C'POL 601Type: Bisphenol A Epoxy based Vinyl Ester Resin dissolved in Styrene Monomer
Description: C'POL-601 is typical bishphenol fumarate resin that offers a high degree of chemical resistance to a wide range of acids, alkalies and salt solutions at elevated temperatures. The high molecular weight Bishphenol moiety in the resin molecule results in fewer ester linkages, thereby increasing the hydrolytic stability of the resin. The trans-isomeric fumaric acid provides the right stereochemistry for reaction with the Bisphenol diol resulting in high thermal resistance of the resin.

Description: C’POL – 711A has a HDT higher than that of C’POL– 701. Hence it is suggested for use in higher temperature applications. It has a lower monomer content. Hence emits lesser vapours during fabrication. Because of its higher HDT, better cure, lower exotherm and lower shrinkage it is also ideally suited for Mould making applications.

Description: C’POL - 731 A possesses greater retention of physical properties at higher temperatures. The resin yields tough laminates in combination with glass reinforcement, highly resistant to crazing or cracking during service life. For construction of thicker laminates, cure with CHP (Cumene Hydro Peroxide) is suggested instead of MEKP
